Optional Tower System

InstallationGround-mounted tower only; rooftop installation not permitted
Tower optionsProject-specific lattice or cylindrical tower
Reference option11 m S235JR lattice tower
Reference massApprox. 245 kg
AnchoringM24 anchor system
FoundationPreliminary 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 m; structural verification required
Site assessmentWind potential, turbulence, tower height and soil conditions must be determined through project-specific structural and geotechnical calculations
Engineering noteLocal structural approval required
Tower heights12 – 24 m, chosen per site analysis

Site selection principles

  • Obstacle assessment — map buildings, trees and terrain that disturb wind flow.
  • Correct tower height — keep the rotor above turbulent airflow.
  • Prevailing wind direction — align placement with the dominant wind.
  • Ground conditions — choose stable ground for lasting foundations.
  • Optimal placement — prefer open areas with uninterrupted wind.

Installation process

  1. Site survey
Wind potential, turbulence, obstacles, tower height and soil are assessed.
  2. Foundation
Excavation, anchors and concrete are executed as one engineered base.
  3. Tower
The tower is lifted, aligned and secured by professional installation teams with controlled on-site assembly.
  4. Turbine
Generator, rotor and electrical connections are installed, verified and prepared for commissioning.
  5. Electrical integration
Controller, battery, dump load and inverter are connected.
  6. Commissioning
The system is tested and handed over for energy production.
